Dear Sir/Madam,

I am applying for the Customer Service Representative position R0050621. I was employed by USAA from

January 8th, 2018 until September 28th, 2019. I was an Insurance Specialist selected for promotion to

Insurance Senior Specialist before my departure due to a family move. However, the class was cancelled as

there were not enough qualifying representatives. Never have I been more proud of the work that I do than

when I worked hard for our members at USAA. Since leaving, it has caused me great sadness not to be a part

of this incredible team and company. USAA was my home and I woke up every day ready to live our mission.

It would bring me great happiness to be considered for the following position, or any other insurance positions

that you may have available. I am confident that my service to our members and loyalty to USAA will once

again make me an asset to the future growth of the company.

Respectfully,

Allison Blake
